The Carter Commitment

Carter is committed to providing the highest quality parts in the industry. If for some reason a Carter fuel pump fails within the product’s warranty period, Carter will issue a credit or replace the failed product.

The following is mandatory to receive credit:

  • Allegedly defective part must be returned in the Carter box
  • Strainer used on allegedly defective pump must be returned with pump
  • Copy of original repair order or sale invoice to consumer
